Of my own free will and in good faith, and with the capacity to contract as a Living Man or Woman, I hereby enter into this private student agreement with the Founder (hereinafter referred to as “Founder“) of PRACTICAL ANARCHY – https://practicalanarchy.education and https://hub.practicalanarchy.education (hereinafter referred to as “PA“), and

I hereby accept and acknowledge that there is no annual private student fee for PA and I can cancel my designation as a private student, free of charge, at any time and I must do so in writing to the email “founder@practicalanarchy.education,” and

I am in full understanding that the information, which is obtained and/or learned is under non-disclosure and confidential wherein any information is not to be shared with any one person or entity outside of PA without the written consent of the Founder of PA, and

I affirm that I may not be questioned or coerced by any outside agency to obtain information in the aforementioned studentship, and

I affirm that I am not acting as a representative/agent or in any capacity officially for any City, County, State, or Federal agency solely attempting to investigate the Founder of PA and its private students, and

I affirm I am requesting private studentship solely for the social benefits of gaining potentially greater resolution and freedom from government violence and to assemble within a safe and comfortable environment, and

I agree to the following CODE OF CONDUCT as described below, and

1. Private students agree to confidentiality and non-disclosure, and
2. Private students agree to take 100% responsibility for their actions, and
3. Private students agree to be civil, cooperative, and kind to all private students, and
4. Private students also agree to follow Natural Law at all times. Thus, do not take any action that initiates harm to another feeling living being, which is violence. Harm is defined as stealing property and stealing property is defined in these ways: taking away another’s emotional/bodily integrity or life without consent (assault, battery, murder), taking away another’s sexual choice without consent (rape), taking away another’s personal property without consent (theft), taking away another’s peaceful domicile without consent (trespass), taking away another’s facts for a full informed decision (deception), taking away another’s free will choice (coercion), and
5. Private students agree that they will not break the CODE OF CONDUCT against the Founder in any way, shape, or form.
